You have your own dedicated accountant, who is fully qualified to assist you with all your business challenges. They understand your business and work with you to ensure your success. They will also continually ask you questions to determine what you need.
No Surprises
Fixed pricing. We price the work before we start, and advise how much it will be.
CommunicationWe call and "check in" on how you are going. We also visit you at no charge. Quarterly newsletters are sent to you, keeping you informed of various issues, ideas and opportunities.
Guarantees - If you're not totally satisfied with our services we will provide a reduced fee.
- Any mistakes caused by us will be rectified at no cost to you. Any penalties and interest incurred will also be met by us.
- All phone calls / emails will be returned to you within 4 business hours
Customer Loyalty Rewards
If you are happy with our service we want you to tell other people. Should any business you refer become our client, we will discount your next accounting fee by a minimum of 10%
New Client Offer
We know we will provide you with a great service...but as an extra reward for becoming our client we will:-
- Discount the first year of our agreed accounting fee with you by 20%
- Retain the agreed accounting fee for the first 2 years
- Guarantee to save our fee or provide extra services free of charge
